"The shopping and buying experience: What a great experience to find a dealership with true motorcyclists, not the unknowledgable car salesmen so typical of most dealerships. Leann and David both were very informative and were willing to talk about a variety of bikes and topics without even a hint of sales pressure. The purchase was also painless. Never have I been on the road so quickly after saying "I'll take it." The Bike: Monster S4Rs. This is my first Ducati and now I understand the hype! I've always thought Ducks were gorgeous but wow does thing perform. If you're considering a sporting standard this is it. Don't even hesitate. An in town test ride doesn't even do it justice. Tip it into a set of curves and the magic begins. Looking forward to doing more business with the great people at Euro Cylces of Tampa. Thanks to the Euro Cycle Team!!!! "

"Great service after the sale - Bought a K1200LT. Could not ask more from Dave, the salesman. Thinking about another bike, this time the K1200GT..."

"What caught my attention was the price. I couldn't believe how reasonable! The bike was in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles. We were treated like family! Wife and I hopped on a plane and rode our new bike back to Houston - great experience, excellent adventure! Thanks, Euro Cycles!!!!"

"Can't say enough about the folks and service at Euro Cycles. I purchased a cherry, primo, 98 R1100RT from them. I think I actually stole it. All my expectations were and have been met or exceeded. From sales to service to answered questions (dumb or not) I have been well taken care of. ISYHTRAH Wyn "

"I was on my way back from Key West to Kansas last April, and I was having an oil leak issue on my 04 R1150GS Adventure. After unsuccessfully trying to fix the problem myself, I had my GPS re-route me to Euro Cycles of Tampa Bay. I arrived unannounced and did not expect to be able to get into the service dept. until the next day. To my amazement, however, the service manager pulled a couple of strings and took my bike right in. Long story short, two hours later I was back on the road and the problem had been fixed. To this day, that has been my single best experience at a BMW shop - and I've been to several around the country. Since then I have recommended Euro Cycles to many riders in the BMW community. Neeless to say, the next time I'm in town I will definately be stopping in. Hopefully just to say "Hi" this time! Thank you again, Brian Horner Winfield KS"

"I just want to say Thanks to all the guys in service for the excellent service I got as well as the work they did on my 749R. This is my 1st Duc and I bought it just before heading to Iraq, so I never got a chance to go over it. When I got back from Iraq, I called up Euro Cycles and booked an appointment. By the time they were done with my bike it was like new again. they explained to me what was wrong and what they did. And since I have been on Honda CBR's the last 16 years, They also helped me learned the in's and out's of my Duc. I would reccomend them to anyone. Thanks again for everythiing and I can't wait to go on an event with ya'll. Sgt Mike Guglielmo USMC"

"We've shopped at alot of dealerships. BMW can't be beat! The staff is super friendly, the service is outstanding, and Joe and Dave don't mind if we "linger". (Tee Hee) There's no point going anywhere else. You'll only keep coming back."

" My dealings with Karen and Dave were top notch. 1 to 10 they are a 10+. They did not create the high-pressure sales like you would receive at Daytona and now their new store in Orlando. I enjoyed dealing with Karen. She is very laid back, and a pleasure to speak to. The Tampa store is worth the drive. Their prices are very good! Just check out their prices and compare them to Daytona, Orlando and Ft. Myers and you will see who has the best deal. Thank you Karen and Dave, for your time and patience. Nigel Lowe "

"I found my 2003 K1200RS online, much to my dismay only to find it had been sold. A few weeks into my searching and David calls me saying that the motorcycle is on the market once again. I flew to Tampa and was picked up at the airport. The bike was gorgeous! David made sure everything was lined up so I could ride it home to VA. Duncan helped me find some extras and what I couldn't take with me was mailed home. I will be back to buy another bike from David. Let me put a 100K on my current bike first! Thanks for everything!"

"I must admit I had a hard time not buying from my local dealer in Orlando the first time. Now after my third new bike purchase from the Tampa Crew, I'd have to say It's worth the ride from Orlando to do business with the "great folks" in Tampa. It's nice to feel welcome when you walk through the door. Thanks for making it fun and enjoyable to spend my diposable income in not only Sales, but also Parts and Service departments too! Jerry"

"A tad over a year ago, I bought my first BMW and had such a wonderful experience with the dealer and the entire "BMW experience", that I wrote to BMW ON to gladly tell everyone about it. In the continuing story of the "BMW experience", I can only say that I am constantly amazed at the considerable efforts made by BMW Motorcycles of Tampa Bay (Florida) to ensure that I am happy with my BMW motorcycle. They have built such a loyal following of dedicated customers, that many often volunteer to help out whenever a special event is held or for whatever reason. They offer group rides during the week and weekend and they even hold a pancake breakfast the first Saturday of each month!

Recently, I decided to trade in my 2002 K1200LT for a 2003 R1150RT. Dave did his magic again and I left the dealership very happy indeed. Just like the time I purchased the LT from them, they treated me more like family than simply another customer. I am copletely happy with the dealership and the bike. Buying a car should be so stress free......

Just a side note on the RT. It gives me an almost indescribable pleasure to simply blow the fairings off the "squids" on their 130hp sports bikes while riding through the back country roads, not at ludicrous speeds, but "briskly". They just can't keep up with the old man on the Beemer through the curves. Just another perk to riding a Beemer, I guess.

By the way, great work on BMW. It's been a fantastic source of information and great reading. Thanks for putting out such a great publication!

"Dear Mr. MacGuire,

First, this is going to be a long letter. It is your fault for hiring the people you did! I am president of a small corporation and know full well about employees.

David:

After many years away from motorcycles, I started visiting your show room. I met one of your salesmen, Dave. He let me look around for just the correct amount of time before he pounced. Absolutely low pressure and totally informative. HE sold me a new R1200GS and he did not even give me a break. He did give me a nice new helmet. He did everything he could to teach me about the bike and was most helpful with information on the licensing procedures. I bought the GS because it was a bike for me. My wife, a nurse, said no way was she ever going to get on the darn thing. She also made me get another $250,000 worth of life insurance. Well, to make a long story short, I got her on it for a ride around the block. Guess what! We just saw Dave and purchased another one. This time a K1200LT and Dave gave me a nice break. That's two in less than four months. I hereby serve you notice that that is all you can expect from me - for awhile, maybe.

Things get better!

My R1200GS broke and then was towed to your shop. It took about a week to get it fixed. Wednesday I left the shop got about 6 miles away and the darn thing quit. This is one of the reasons it was towed the first time. I called the shop and Alex shows up in about 10 minutes and picks me up. (He handled a very upset customer very well). I said, great now another few days of waiting. Alex said he did not think that would be the case and that he thought they would fix it at once, if it was possible. He was correct! It was near closing time. The bike goes in the shop and I swear to you that every mechanic in the place converges on my bike. Todd and Alex stay until 7:00pm until the problem was found, diagnosed, checked, and fixed. Todd's wife actually called wanting to know where he was. They stayed late fixing my bike. They did not complain. In fact, they seemed like it was their duty to do this. Alex did not say anything, he just took the extra time to wash two trucks and even washed the trailer. The two trucks and the trailer were already clean. I wondered why he was staying late. It was his job to move all the bikes in at the end of the day and he could not leave until the mechanics got my bike out. He did not seem to be upset. It was like it was - just part of his job.

More!

Christina - always answers the phone and is as nice as can be. She has been very helpful in the front area when I come in to buy clothes and accessories.

Duncan - knows what is going on with all the neat aftermarket stuff. He goes well beyond what I expect and has gone to great lengths to get my wife and me stuff that fits.

Jessie - lives very close to me. When he found this out he told me he would be happy to bring my bike in for service, have it done, then return it to me. I am busy and this is most helpful. I have even gone to his house on his day off to ask questions. He took the time to answer them and did not seem put off at all. Again, like it was expected of him.

Sir, you need to count yourself lucky! If there is a trick to getting people like this I beg you to share it with me. Finding a good employee is damn hard, but to find a shop full of them from one end to the other is just amazing. People do not impress me very easily. Your people impressed me tremendously.

Sincerely,
Sam Morgan"
